g. Advance Guard of North Korean People's Army Dispatched to CHEJU-DO
Approximately 160 persons armed with weapons and other supplies, members of KIM Il Sung's advance guard, have reportedly been dispatched from CHINNAMPO (840-1780) to proceed to CHEJU-DO. The mission of this group is to create dissension within youth organizations and particularly within the South Korean Constabulary and Coast Guard and to enlist the Rebels into the People's Army.
