a. Rightist Terrorism On CHEJU-DO
On 09 November members of the NORTHWEST YOUNG MEN'S ASSOCIATION beat to death KIM Too Hyon, the Chief of General Affairs Section, of CHEJU DO. The NYMA members responsible for KIM's death stated that he was a known communist but that they had only intended to interrogate him, not to kill him. (CIC P/R #263. A-1)
