SAMYANG-NI (9508 - 1154) - At 0330, 26 April 48, six raiders attacked the town. One wounded raider was captured but died during the trip to the local police station. (B-2) b. PUKCHON-NI (9609 - 1156) - (Delayed report) - At 2300, 21 April 48, an unknown number of raiders attacked a voting office and stole all registration records. No casualties were reported. (B-2) c. SANDONG-NI (9708 - 1147) - During the night of 21-22 April 48, raiders attacked the town. One raider was killed; another wounded and captured. (B-2) d. CHOCHUN-NI (9603 - 1155) - On 24 April 48, police arrested the alleged local propaganda chief of the South Korea Labor Party. (SKIP) While the man was showing the police an assembly area, used by the SKIP, he tried to escape but was killed in the attempt. (B-2)
