CHOCHON-NI (903 - 1154) - On 3 May 48, the entire election committee resigned stating as the reason that conditions were "too dangerous" for them to continue in their duties. (B-2) b. (1) Cheju-Do: > (a) AETOL-NI (931 - 1146) - At 1330, 3 May 48, a group of approximately 100 men attacked the village where they were met by 36 Constabularymen and 17 policemen who opened fire. Additional details are being sought. (B-2) √ (b) WOLTANG-NI (958 - 1148) - (not on map) - (Delayed report) - At 2330, 30 April 46, a crowd of fifty men, several of whom were armed with carbines, entered the village and set fire to the homes of two members of the United Young Men's Party.
