(1) 이호리 - 1948년 5월 20일 오전 11시 30분 폭도들로부터 부상을 입은 한 여성이 제보한 정보에 따라 작전을 벌이던 경찰이 폭도 약 30명과 마주쳤다. 폭도들이 경찰을 향해 발포했고, 경찰도 응사했다. 경찰은 폭도 2명에게 부상을 입히고, 2명을 추가로 붙잡았다. 또한 일본제 야전전화기 3대와 전기줄 3m, 일본제 소총 3정, 폭발물 1개를 노획했다. (B-2)
(2) 송당리 - 1948년 5월 19일 송당리와 교래리 사이의 울창한 숲에서 작전을 수행하던 경비대 5개 중대가 여자 21명을 포함한 약 200명을 포로로 붙잡았다. 경비대는 포로들을 조사하기 위해 제주비행장 활주로로 끌고 왔다. (B-2)

/ Cheju-Do:
a. IHO-RI (940 - 1151) - At 1130, 20 May 48, a group of police, acting on information received from a woman who had been injured by the raiders, encountered a group of approximately thirty raiders, who opened fire on the police. Police returned the fire wounding two attackers. Two additional raiders were captured in addition to three Jap field telephones, three meters of wire, three Jap rifles, and a fused stick of explosive. (B-2)
b. SONGDANG-NI (976 - 1147) - On 19 May 48, five Korean Constabulary companies, operating in a heavily wooded area between SONGDANG-NI and KYORAE-NI (907 - 1141) took approximately 200 prisoners including 21 women. The prisoners were taken to CHEJU AIRSTRIP (946 - 1152) for screening. (B-2)
