북촌리 자연동굴에서 포로 9명 생포
북촌리 - 1948년 6월 24일 경비대는 마을 안에 있는 한 동굴에서 9명을 포로로 붙잡았다. 포로 가운데 2명은 지난 6월 16일 경찰 2명을 살해한 것을 시인했다. 굴 안에서 발견된 몇 개의 사제 수류탄과 약간의 반경찰 문건은 압수됐다. (B-2)

b. Illegal Activity of a Subversive Nature.
PUKCHON-NI (969 - 1156) - On 24 June 48, Korean Constabularymen captured nine prisoners in a cave in the village. Two of the prisoners admitted killing two policemen on 16 June 48. Several home-made grenades and a small amount of anti-police literature found in the cave were confiscated. (R-2)
