\3) Leftist Handbills Oppose Grain Collection
Leftists are distributing handbills throughout CHEJU (950-1150) this month which propagandize against the grain collection. "...lot us oppose the com pulsory grain collection program by which murdering police will be distributed five hops a day and rascals, terrorist members of the KWANGBOK YOUNG MEN'S ASSO- CIATION (rightist strong-arm group), will satisfy their stomachs", the handbills road. Suffixed to the leftist message is the summary, "...lot us oppose the grain collection at any cost". (CIC S/I)
