On 02 March a large mob started to attack the police box at HAMDOK (965-1155), CHEJU-DO. The police dispersed the mob by firing into the air. No casualties or arrests were reported. (CIC P/R #74. Police rpt)
g. Police Arrested For Illegal Activities In CHEJU-DO
Two policemen were placed under arrest by fellow policemen on charges of having beaten a MOSULPO (924-1117) CHEJU-DO prisoner to death on 14 March. (CIC P/R #74. Police rpt)
