폭도들이 제주도에서 공세를 계속했고, 국방경비대는 이들을 체포하고 있다. 이 기간에 2개 마을이 습격을 받았고, 우익인사 50명과 공산주의자 30명이 사망한 것으로 보고됐으며, 11월 19～26일의 추후 요약보고서에는 전체 공산주의자 167명이 사망한 것으로 기록돼 있다.
여수와 대구, 나주, 강원도의 보고서를 제외한 모든 보고서에 포함된 공산주의자들의 폭력행위는 마을 습격 2건과 경찰 공격 1건, 우익인사 사망 50명, 공산주의자 사망 30명(모두 제주도), 우익인사 습격 3건, 사보타주 행위 2건, 노동파업 2건, 학교 휴교 1건 등이다. 추후보고서에는 공산주의자 167명이 사망하고 우익인사에 대한 2건의 공격이 있는 것으로 나와있다. 우익이 선동한 폭력행위는 보고되지 않았다. 이 기간에 3명의 개인이 정체불명의 정파 관계자들에 의해 습격을 받았으며 추후보고서에는 이 습격이 11월 18일에 있었다고 기록돼 있다.

2. **Raiders continued to be active on Cheju Do and to be rounded up by the constabulary. During this period it was reported that 2 towns were attacked, 50 Rightists killed, 30 Communists killed and a delayed summary for the period 11-26 Nov lists a total of 167 Communists killed.**
6. Communist violence, including all reports except those for Yosu, Taegu, Waju and Kangwon Do, total 2 attacks on towns, 1 attack on police, 50 Rightist killed, 30 Communists killed (all on Cheju Do), 3 attacks on Rightist, 2 acts of sabotage, 2 labor strikes and 1 school strike. Delayed reports list 167 Communists killed, and 2 attacks on Rightist. No Rightist-inspired acts of violence were reported. Three individuals were attacked by persons of unknown political affiliation during the period and a delayed report lists 1 such attack on 18 Nov.
