1. 사보타주
1947년 8월 2～3일 - 제주도에 주둔하고 있는 2개 군부대 사이의 전선이 절단돼 통신방해가 일어났다는 보고는 사보타주일 가능성이 있다. 전선은 완벽하게 절단됐으나 도난 당하지는 않았다.
2. 간첩학교
1947년 4월 11일부터 23일까지 심문받은 한 여성간첩에 따르면 국제공산당이 북한에 간첩학교 2곳을 운영하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 1곳은 해주에 있고 다른 1곳은 신의주 부근에 있다. 이들 학교에서 훈련받은 제5열분자(후방을 교란시키는 무리 : 역주)들이 소련에서 훈련받은 장교 3명의 지휘로 50명씩 나뉘어 남파됐다. 1947년 3월 1일께 시작된 최초의 남파그룹은 38선을 넘는데 1주일이 걸렸다. 이 여성은 이 학교의 일부 졸업생들이 제주도에 공산테러훈련소를 세웠다고 밝혔다. (방첩대 파일 14-00-100 S)

3. COUNTERINTELLIGENCE
a. Sabotage
(3) 02/03 August 47 - Possible sabotage was indicated in the report that communication between two Army units on CHEJU DO had been disrupted due to wires having been cut. The wires had been cut cleanly with no wire being stolen.
4. According to a female espionage agent interrogated from 11 April to 23 April 1947, the International Communist Party is operating two espion-
age schools in North KOREA. One is located in HAEJU and the other near SINUIJU. Fifth columnists trained at these schools have been sent to South KOREA in groups of fifty, led by three officers trained in the USSR. The first group to be sent to South KOREA, started about 01 March 1947 and took a week to cross the 38th parallel. She reported that some of the graduates of these schools have established a Communist terrorist training center on the island of CHEJU DO. (CIC File 14-00-100 S).
