(3) 한국 국방경비대 본부는 전라남도 동부의 백운산지역에서 실시된 작전으로 게릴라 43명이 사망했으며 21명이 생포되었다고 보고했다; 포항에서 게릴라 1명이 사망했다. 제주에서 게릴라 26명이 사망했다. 1949년 2월 9일에서 15일에 이르는 기간 동안 총 70명의 게릴라가 사망했으며 21명이 생포되었다. 주한미군의 정보참모부는 이 기간 동안에 게릴라 97명이 사망했다고 보고했다. (후략)
