1. 일본군의 무장해제 진행 상황
일본 제17방면군의 추가보고에 따르면, 9월 21일 오후 2시 제주도의 모슬포(좌표 920-1110) 항에서 폭발물을 적재한 선박이 화염에 휩싸였으며 수 차례의 심한 폭발이 있었다. 약 73명이 부상당했고, 4～5척의 배가 침몰했다. 항구는 일정 기간 사용할 수 없다.
2. 민간통신 검열
(연합군의) 제주도 상륙과 공중공격에 대한 방어준비에 관한 일본군의 비밀문서가 서울 중앙우체국에서 적발되었다. 이 문서는 또한 의료보급, 병력 및 제57항공대에 대한 통계들을 담고 있다.
(2) A delayed report from the Japanese, 17th irea irmy states that on 211400 September ships laden with explosives caught fire in the quay of MUSPIPPO (believed to be MUSULPO, SAISHU) (920-1110); and several serious explosions resulted. Some 73 persons were injured.
It is reported thet 3 or 4 ships were sunk; the quay cannot be used for an indefinite period.

(I) Mail.
(a) A Japanese secret document, concerning defense preparations for air attacks and landings at SAISHU-TO (Quelpert Island) was intercepted at the SEOUL Central Post Office.
The document also includes statistics on medical supplies and personnel and the 57th Airports Co.
