금악리에서 폭도와 교전
금악리 - 1948년 6월 12일 저지리 주둔 경찰이 폭도 일당과 마주쳤다. 이어 몇 시간 동안 교전이 계속됐다. 폭도 3명이 사살되고, 경찰 3명이 부상당했다. (경찰 보고)

Civil Disturbance by Province.
Cheju-Do:
KUMANG-NI (928 - 1133) - On 12 June 48, police from CHEJI-RI (925 - 1130) - report that they met a group of raiders. In the ensuing fight, which lasted several hours, three raiders were killed and three policemen were wounded. (Police report)
