제주지역 전 우익 광복청년단 단장이었으며, 현재 대동청년단 부단장 김인선은 한국의 공산주의는 폭력에 의해서만 근절시킬 수 있다고 주장했다. 그는 테러가 좌익분자들을 약화시키고 있으며, 테러만이 좌익분자들을 한국 정치권에서 사라지게 할 수 있다고 말했다. 그는 덧붙여서 한국은 험한 정치역정을 걸어왔기 때문에 한국 사람들은 이성보다 폭력을 더 잘 이해하고 있다고 말했다.
제24군단 논평: 좌우익에 의한 테러행위는 지난 4～5개월 동안 한국에서 상당 부분 감소됐다. 이러한 현상은 일정부분 미국인들이 정치단체에 압력을 행사한 데 기인하는 것으로 각 단체들이 비폭력주의라는 미국의 정책에 마지못해 순응한 것이다. 그러나 한국인들은 단체를 결성하고, 테러행위를 요구하는 상황이 되면 가차없이 테러를 행사한다. 인용된 우익 지도자의 진술에서 한국인들은 이성보다 폭력을 더 잘 이해하고, 정치단체들은 공격이나 방어 그 어떤 경우에도 테러를 행사할 준비가 이미 갖추어져 있다고 지적한 것은 옳다.

a. Right-Wing Leader Advocates Use of Terrorism Against Communists: (XXIV Co:
KIM, In Sun, former right-wing KWANGBOK YOUNG MEN'S ASSOCIATION leader in CHEJU (950-1150) and present vice-chief of the local right-wing UNITED YOUNG MEN'S PARTY, states that communism in Korea can be eradicated only through force. He believes that terrorism will cause leftists to weaken and disappear from the Korean political picture. He added that Korea has a turbulent history and that Korean people understand force more than reason.
XXIV Comment: Terrorism has abated a great deal in South Korea, during the past four to five months, on the part of both the left and right wings. This is due, in part, to pressure put on political groups by American agencies. Yet, while each group appears to be acquiescing to the American policy of non-terrorism each is organized and ready to spread terrorism as soon as they believe the situation demands such direct action. The quoted rightist official is correct in his statement that Koreans understand force more than reason and each political group is ready to use it either on the offense or the defense.
