제주도에서 대동청년단원의 1/10 정도가 모여 대동학생단을 결성했다. 이는 대동청년단의 조직 활동 가운데 최초의 일임이 분명하다.
최근 서북청년단은 조직 개편 성명을 내고 서북청년단은 대동청년단에 가입했던 이전 단원들과는 관련이 없다고 밝혔다.

4. Youth Groups (Right wing)
On CHEJU DO, approximately one tenth of the members of the UYMP have banded together and formed a Dae Dong Students Corps. This is, apparently, the first movement of its kind originating in this party.
Recently the Northwest Young Mens Association published a statement announcing the reorganization of the party and stated that the NWYLA would have no connections with former members who had joined the UYMP.
