Figures for Apr are through Apr 26th with out few possible delayed reports for week previous there to. These figures indicate that rates for Apr will be slightly higher than in Feb and Mar but not alarmingly so. Among deaths for Apr, however, there are at least 7 known election officials and 2 candidates, which hes caused alarm among election officials and caused National Election Committee to bring matter to attention Military Governor Gen Dean. Of the 120 deaths to date for Apr, 51 (8 police, 15 rioters and 28 non rioters-Rightists) have occurred on Cheju Island between Apr 2 and 26th. Following is breakdown of figures. Police killed: Jan nonr, Feb 33, Mar 20, Apr 15, total 68. Rioters killed: Jan 1, Feb 74, Mar 73, Apr 47, total 195. Non Rioters (Rightists) killed: Jan 1, Feb 14, Mar 14, Apr 58, total 87.
